Before ordering a made-to-measure dress from our shop, we strongly encourage finding a professional local tailor who can help you measure accurately. Here, we'll show you which measurements are needed and how to correctly take them. Warning: measuring yourself at home is trickier than you think! Bust This is not your bra size, when measuring you must wear a bra. Your arms should be relaxed, and down at your sides. Then, take the tape across the fullest part of your bust and around your back.	WaistExplain This is the natural waistline, which is also the smallest part of your waist. Typically it's about an inch above your belly button.	Hips Please measure the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone, which is approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.	Hollow to Floor * Keep feet together *Stand straight with feet together *Measure in bare feet *Begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor *To fit high heels, we will add an extra 5cm onto custom-sized floor-length dresses and dresses with trains

	As to the bust size, you can also measure as the method below. But please remember that before measuring, you must raise up the bust area by placing some material inside the dress and then remeasure the dress to get an accurate bust measurement in 4 steps as below:
	1. One side to nipple.	2. Nipple to nipple.	3. Another side to nipple.	4. The back of your bust.

Shoulder Shoulder - From the edge of the shoulder socket, measure across the back to the same point on the other shoulder.	Arm Length (for garments with long sleeves) Arm Length - Measure from your shoulder point to the wrist.	Armscye (for garments with sleeves) Measure from the top of the shoulder, down the front of the shoulder, under the arm pit, and up the back of the shoulder.	Hollow to Hem (only for short length dress) Measure from the center of the collarbone (Hollow) to the dress hem. Note: The length is not measured starting from the garment neckline.
